System requirements for SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio

SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform 4.0 or 4.1 must be installed before SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio can be deployed. Other prerequisites include:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.x, 10.x or 11.x must be installed on the client
32-bit version: Includes SAP JVM 7.1. Java Runtime is not required
64-bit version: Includes SAP JVM 7.1. No additional Java JRE required
